Punam Chopra is a Designated Partner at the Firm. She is a senior professional with over 20 years in multi- dimensional leadership roles. Her experience spans a diverse range of professional functions including Establishing New Businesses, Strategy & Business Development, Residence & Citizenship Advisory, Human Resources and Operations.

Currently, she also serves on the Board of Directors of Century Twenty One Private Limited & DPNC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. She earlier worked as a Director at INOX DPNC Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., a venture between DPNC Consultants and the INOX Group.

Punam holds a Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies and is a Graduate in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University.

As a passionate benefactor of social & environmental efforts, she has volunteered & supported various NGOs for raising funds & creating awareness for their projects in India. Since 2018, she has been actively involved with PHD’s Rural Development Foundation and has mobilized & raised funds for the completion of 12 projects for water conservation & infrastructure improvement.

Damini is a senior professional with 14+ years of experience in Strategy & Business Development, Talent Acquisition & Management and Wealth Management. She currently leads the Team & Culture division at DPNC Global LLP and works closely with other Firm leaders to define and deploy the Team Culture & Growth Strategy at the Firm.

In her previous role leading the HR vertical at Dewan P. N. Chopra & Co, she built in-depth experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & Management, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Team Culture Development and People Policies & Processes.

Damini holds a Masters in Finance from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom and a Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Arun is working as a Partner with the firm, heading Risk Advisory Division. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate from SRCC, Delhi University. He has over 12 years of professional experience in risk consulting and corporate governance. He advises promoters and CXOs on governance, business risk and operational performance improvement.

Prior to joining DPNC, Arun has worked with a Consulting firm as a Partner with Risk Advisory. He has also gained significant experience working with PwC, BMR and KPMG in risk advisory divisions.

He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Automobile, FMCG, engineering, oil & gas, steel, power, pharmaceuticals, F&B, Dairy, real estate, Hospitality, logistics, information technology, media and entertainment, etc.

His areas of expertise include internal and operational audits. He has worked on several consulting projects involving cost optimization studies, business process improvement reviews, supply chain reviews, business diagnostic reviews, forensics, designing standard operating procedures, IFC etc.

Arun actively participates in various social services and regularly volunteers at Smile Foundation which is providing education to underprivileged children. He enjoys reading books and has interests in Yoga and Meditation. Arun, along with his wife and son are based in Gurugram.

Varun is working as a Senior Consultant with the firm in Risk Advisory Division. He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Insolvency Professional and Graduate (B.COM-H) from Delhi University. He has also cleared Certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) & Indian Accounting Standards (IND ASs) conducted by ICAI.

He has over 12 years of professional experience in Risk Consulting and Audit Assurance. Prior to association with DPNC global, Varun has worked with a leading Consulting firm as a Senior Manager in Risk Advisory for more than 7 years. Prior to that Varun has experience working with Ernst & Young in Audit Assurance for more than 3 years.

He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Automobile, FMCG, Wind Power, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, Dairy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Logistics, Packaging Films, NBFC, Car Dealership, E-Commerce etc.

His areas of expertise include Internal, Operational and Statutory Audits. He has worked on several consulting projects involving Cost optimization, business process improvement, business diagnostic reviews, forensics, designing standard operating procedures, IFC etc. He has also done Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Limited reviews of Listed and non-listed clients.

Ravi is working as a Senior Manager with the firm, one of the leaders in Risk Advisory Division. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, DISA (ICAI), Completed Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection course from ICAI and a graduate from Delhi University.

He has over 12 years of professional experience in Risk Consulting, Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, Bank Audits and Corporate Governance. He works/advice with the Promoters and CXOs on governance, business risk and operational performance improvement.

Prior to joining DPNC, Ravi has worked with reputed consulting firms in Risk Advisory Divisions.

He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Engineering & Construction, F&B, Dairy, Real Estate, FMCG, Health, Oil & Gas, Power, Hospitality, Logistics etc.

His areas of expertise include internal audits, due diligence, IFC, SOP and operational audits. He has worked on several consulting projects involving cost optimization studies, business process improvement reviews, due diligence, SOP creation and implementation business diagnostic reviews, forensics, designing standard operating procedures, IFC etc.

Ravi actively participates in various religious and social services and regularly volunteer at various Charitable Foundations. He enjoys reading books and has interests in cricket and movies. Ravi, along with his wife and daughter are based in Delhi.

Abhishek is working as a Senior Consultant with the firm in Direct Tax Division. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. He has over 9 years of professional experience in Direct Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

His areas of expertise in Direct Tax planning and advisory includes Tax advisory in Inbound and Outbound investment, International Tax Expatriate Tax, Direct Tax compliances, Tax Due Diligence including Merger & Acquisitions, Demerger, Slump sale, Business reconstructions, Succession Planning and Family Charter, Representations & litigation support in various Assessments and Appeals,

Additionally, he is having vast experience in FEMA Advisory which includes Transaction Structuring & Advice for Non-Resident / Resident etc., Inbound & Outbound Investments, Advisory for Setting up Joint Venture and Wholly Owned Subsidiary, branch office, liaison office etc. outside India, Advisory to potential investors for investing in Indian market under Foreign Direct Investment regulations etc.

Shivashish is working as a Consultant with the Indirect Tax division of the firm. He is a registered member with Bar Council of Delhi and an Advocate by profession. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 10 years of professional experience in indirect taxation and other legal matters.

He has earlier worked with a Big 4 consulting and industries gaining significant experience in tax matters. He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Real Estate, Exports, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, Hospitality, Logistics, Information Technology, Insurance, etc.

His areas of expertise include advising, planning, litigations on indirect tax matters. He has provided legal opinions on various critical tax matters including on business restricting agreements, cross border transactions especially to international & non-resident clients. He has hands on experience on refunds under GST law, various incentives and benefits under the foreign trade policy.

Alongside, Shivashish interest lies in playing different sports, reading books and travelling.

Manish is working as Consultant with Risk Advisory Division of the Firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Commerce. He has around 8 years of professional experience in risk consulting.

Prior to joining DPNC Global, he has worked with Desai Haribhakti & Co, Mazars and RRCA & Associates in Risk Advisory Division.

He has worked across diverse industry verticals like Automobile, Infra, Power, Real estate, E-commerce, Packaging etc.

His areas of expertise include internal and process audits. He has worked on multiple consulting projects involving cost optimization studies, business process reviews, designing standard operating procedures, fraud investigation, IFC etc.

Manish enjoys travelling and reading books.

Mrinalini is working as a Manager with the firm in Human Resources Division. She is an MBA and a graduate from Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi University.

She has over 12 years of professional experience in Human resources. She handles Talent Acquisition to Engagement, HR Strategy & Policies, Performance Management etc.

Prior to joining DPNC, Mrinalini has worked with Grant Thornton, A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd. and Hero Mindmine in Human Resource divisions.

She has worked across diverse industry verticals like Engineering Procurement & Construction, Education, Financial Consulting etc.

Mrinalini enjoys reading books and has interests in Yoga and Meditation. She, along with her husband are based in Dwarka, Delhi.
